With our tools, collecting a database of accredited participants is much easier, but most importantly, much more secure. <br>Some of the system features include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Managing many independent locations at the same time;<\/li><li>Customization of the panel by uploading a logo and choosing event colors;<\/li><li>Access to statistics;<\/li><li>Production of identification cards with photos without background;<\/li><li>Creating lists and appointing moderators responsible for their management;<\/li><li>Managing groups and zones individually for each list and person;<\/li><li>Setting default values for each list and group;<\/li><li>Managing parking spots;<\/li><li>Allocating car access cards for each list;<\/li><li>Printing car access cards;<\/li><li>Notifications and reminders system.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are always interested in implementing new modifications so that our <strong>Accreditation System <\/strong>is even more tailored for the needs of mass event Organizers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:62px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\">Organizer tools<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Organizers can use three types of accounts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"background-color: #393B40; color: #F2E513;\">&nbsp; Administrator:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Administrator has access to all functionalities of the system connected with an event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>This type of account grants full access to the accreditation system, including:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Access to all event lists;<\/li><li>Creating lists of all types and with any privileges;<\/li><li>Appointing Moderators for lists;<\/li><li>Managing Parking spots and assigning the number of access cards;<\/li><li>Access to event statistics and print queue.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"background-color: #393B40; color: #F2E513;\">&nbsp; Moderator:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Moderator has access only to lists for which they were granted access and only in the scope allowed by the Administrator. During the first login, the Moderator sees a quickstart guide, which, in a few steps, introduces them to the IDENTI Accreditation System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>This type of account can:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Manage and add people to lists for which they are moderators;<\/li><li>Add license plate numbers of vehicles for <strong>parking lists<\/strong>;<\/li><li>Appoint other moderators to manage a part of or the entire list according to prvileges they will be granted.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\nngg_shortcode_1_placeholder\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"background-color: #393B40; color: #F2E513;\">&nbsp; User:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This type of account has only access to edit their own data.<\/p>\n\n\n\nngg_shortcode_2_placeholder\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:94px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\">List types<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The entire structure of the database is based on lists of people. Each list has its <strong>Creator<\/strong>, who can fully edit it, manage its users, create sublists and change its settings, as well as its <strong>Owner<\/strong>, who can add users to the list, edit them according to the privileges granted by the creator and create sublists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Signing up a user for a list is not equivalent to granting them <strong>accreditation <\/strong>for an event.  When the Administrator creates a list, they choose if its owner can have access to <strong>user accreditation<\/strong> functions. If they allow it, they can also set a limit of accreditations for the list. The form can be then shared anywhere on the Internet and allows users to sign up directly on the list. The creator of this list appoints a moderator who gains access to add and edit users on the list. The creator chooses which fields are available for entering and editing for the owner. If they also have access to user accreditation functions, they can pass on a part of or their entire accreditation limit for the list.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2>Sublists<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Accreditation System for events is equipped with a function which we called <strong>Sublists<\/strong>. This function allows each Administrator or Moderator to create a list connected to another list. This mechanism is used to separate a part of their list to create an online form for it or appoint a person who will have access to that part. <br>The function was built to minimize the amount of time necessary to collect data from subcontractors and their subcontractors.
