We encourage you to read this document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We guarantee to our customers that we are fully compliant with GDPR. We ensure that we have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure the data entrusted to us. We regularly test and measure the implemented data protection measures in order to secure personal data through regular security audits, testing of the implemented safeguards and ongoing supervision of data processing processes by the Data Protection Inspector. Contact with the IDENTI Data Protection Officer possible at e-mail address: iod@identi.pl .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Objectives and grounds for the processing of personal data by IDENTI<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The website www.identi.pl does not collect personal data, but the Data Controller collects and processes it in its IDENTI accreditation system. The bases for this processing are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Processing in the IDENTI accreditation system of data of natural persons provided by the organisers of the event, co-organisers of the event, or by the data subject, The basis for such processing is the legitimate interest of the controller consisting in the performance of the contract for the supply of the accreditation system for a mass event. (GDPR Article 6(1)(F)).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Processing of personal data (name and surname, business contacts &#8211; e-mail address and telephone number) of representatives, employees, co-workers and other contact persons of the Administrator&#8217;s clients and contractors in order to establish and perform a service agreement. The basis for such processing is the Administrator&#8217;s legitimate interest in being contacted to establish and perform a contract. (GDPR Article 6(1)(F).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data processing in connection with the protection of the interests of the Controller. The basis for such processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller to establish, assert and defend claims (GDPR Article 6(1)(F)).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data processing on the basis of consent in a situation where a person accredited for one of the events gives consent for his\/her data (name, image, e-mail address, telephone number) to be processed in the IDENTI Accreditation System between mass events operated by the Administrator in order to facilitate the handling of subsequent events. The basis for such processing is the unambiguous person of the data subject (GDPR Article 6.1.A).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Categories of data we collect through the accreditation system<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Name and surname;<\/li><li>The organisation for which the person is accredited for the event;<\/li><li>E-mail address;<\/li><li>Telephone number;<\/li><li>Image of the individual.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Recipients of personal data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data may be transferred to trusted recipients to whom the Administrator entrusts the processing of such data, such as: providers of administrative services (e.g. accounting services, legal assistance); providers of technical services (for the maintenance or development of IT systems); providers of marketing services; debt collection companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Data subjects&#8217; rights:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Individuals whose data is processed by IDENTI may claim the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Access to data &#8211; you can request information about the personal data we process about you, including a copy of the data.<\/li><li>Rectification of data &#8211; you have the right to ask us to rectify your data if it is incorrect<\/li><li>Deletion of data (right to be forgotten) &#8211; you have the right to request us to delete your personal data if:<ul><li>The personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;<\/li><li>The data subject has withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based (pursuant to Article 6(1)(A) or Article 9(2)(A) of the RODO) and there is no other legal basis for the processing;<\/li><li>The data subject objects to the processing and there are no other overriding legitimate legal grounds for the processing or the data subject objects to the processing;<\/li><li>Personal data are not processed lawfully<\/li><li>Personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union law or the law of a Member State to which the controller is subject;<\/li><li>Personal data were collected for the purpose of offering information society services;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Objection to processing &#8211; where we process data on the basis of a legitimate interest of the controller, you have the right to object to processing at any time;<\/li><li>Portability of personal data &#8211; if the processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format the personal data you have provided to the controller and you can request that it be sent to another controller (where technically possible). This right does not apply to processing that is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.<\/li><li>Withdrawal of consent &#8211; if we process data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time (without giving reasons or invoking legal provisions). The legal basis for such action is the administrator&#8217;s legitimate interest in creating and analysing statistics in order to optimise the functioning of the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Google Analytics collects information about the use of the website automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Google LLC is based in the USA and uses technical infrastructure located in the USA, it has joined the EU-US-Privacy Shield programme to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data as required by European legislation.
